Eligibility for refunds
- We do not offer refund in situations where an order is not available and payment is made, You will be asked to make an exchange
- We do not offer refund or exchange if your order is completed or in process

For delayed orders,
- We understand how important your order is and we strive to make sure we meet up with the agreed time frame
- In the event where we can’t meet up, We will notify you promptly for an extended / new time frame.
Stockpiling policy
- Kindly note you are not You are not allowed to keep your item more than 2 months. In situations like this We won’t be held responsible for any loss or damage.
- Kindly note you will be charged an extra 20%of the total amount before delivery of your items
