International shipping

Basic/minimum shipping fee is 32,000. This can cover for 1 or 2 dresses depending on the weight of the items…

In most cases we can not ascertain the shipping fee, not until we are done with production and the items sent to the logistics company to weigh and confirm….

This shipping fee will be forwarded to you immediately as sent to us by the shipping company…

We advise client to pay for the items first and then pay for the shipping fee after we have confirmed shipping fee from the logistics company…..

The shipping fee does not cover for any custom charge if requested or necessary

Returns

There is no cash refund
However exchange or adjustment is done if the fault is from our production team
items should be returned within 24 hours after receipt for lagos residents
And 72 hours for clients outside Lagos
Items must be in be in same condition as sent to client ( NOT TRIED ON/ WORN)
And if item does not meet this condition, item will be refused and sent back to the client..
